Why i can't vote on a banner & Иконка pick poll?? (i'm new on fanpop)

Ты need Золото (5 Золото for Иконка and 5 Золото for banner) in order to vote for an banner или Иконка poll. And you've got to contribute images, polls, videos, etc to earn gold.
