Does anyone know why I can't change my notification bar color?

I noticed it about 2-3 weeks ago. What is PMing and how would I contact them?

PMing - private messaging. Ты go to one of their profiles - Dave, Papa, Cliff или Michael - and click the Send Message button which is fourth under their Профиль info. Then Ты just write the message and send it.

Alternately Ты can scroll down to the bottom of any Fanpop page and select "contact us". This opens up a page where Ты can send a message to Fanpop and Сообщить the glitch.

Do Ты know what their Профиль names are?

They're the names listed above - Dave, Papa, Cliff and Michael. They have a few posts here in this club if Ты Поиск in the oldest Статьи and Форум posts. That way Ты could follow their username's link to their profiles.
