There's something wrong Fanpop :(( Why do I have to keep signing in?

Have Ты clicked the 'keep me signed in' button?

It does this to me too. It tells me to sign in... then I sign in... and it's like no, Ты didn't sign in, do it again. So I do then it's all fine. I don't get it. And I have to sign in every time too...even if I click the keep me logged in или w.e it says.
