Right, well the Название is a bit sarcastic. The whole "trolling" thing is sorta annoying me that having a low rate on something HAS to mean Ты were trolled...well maybe there's a different reason. I'll break it up to why that might not have been a trolling...

Soapboxes
- Did Ты use proper grammar? Check your spelling
- What's a paragraph? Learn how to use paragraphs properly to make your soapbox formatted and not look like a 1 звезда article
- They may not agree или think your opinion is totally outrageous...not a trolling

Images
- Would Ты like that quality of a picture? Try and avoid small and bad quality looking images
- Credit? People will go and give Ты bad ratings if Ты don't credit
- Keywords, keywords, keywords...make them useful, using a few duplicates puts a frown on lots of faces

Videos
- Same as images, Ключевые слова are essential
- The video may not work (or they don't realise they have to click the lil blue arrow)
- Is it in english? always helps или is the video in sync? (lips Переместить when sound comes)

Links
- Would the link help you? If it wouldn't it might not be helping them and they're just letting others know
- Does the link go to the correct page? Sending someone off to a different page from the Название could result in bad rating

These are just a few things as to why Ты might have a bad rating on something. Ты didn't get trolled so put that нож down, they just might not agree with your opinion. Not the end of the world, at least they viewed your content which is something that's nice to know and I promise Ты that Ты won't die.

harold I'd rate this higher, but it's a little brief (another criterion for articles, along with original content). Bravo, in any case. The anti-troll rhetoric here bothers me a bit, too...not so much because differing opinions are viewed as troll behavior (though that is irritating), but because virulent hysteria against even genuine trolls is as offensive as the original troll behavior. Rise above, folks, don't fight fire with fire.

DrDevience Yep! If you have no image credit, or little to no keywords on anything... then that low rating may very well have been from me. I take no prisoners!

ineedcoffee Also if it is a duplicate, no need to have the same image or video more than once unless the video is broken but then the broken one should be taken down.

Snerkie good points :) usually i remember about duplicates because that frustrates me a bit (especially when the two are on the same page :\)

amazondebs two on the same page? wow that is bad i do like to help in the troll squad but if something is reported and i go and look at it, i will still rate it fairly in fact i gave you a 4 snerkie as it's good and very honest but like harold said a wee bit brief

It just turns into YouTube's thumbs-up/thumbs-down comment system. Other than that you hit the nail on the head: crap content can't be trolled ;)

Snerkie yeah but it's still not trolling :P lol. It is a bad way of rating if someone rates by a negative opinion (ie. i hate this character so 1 star) but then there's the opinion side of "you have no idea what you're talking about and didn't even research" 1 star. So it can be taken two ways.

hooch-is-crazy and then there's whether comments are trolling, i once saw one of you're comments that wasn't much more than a disagreement being called troll comments.

Cinders These are some excellent points, Snerkie. A few more about soapboxes: If it's not original content, or if it's short enough to be a forum post, I will generally rate it lower. And SERIOUSLY about the images, guys-- I see so many without even key words lately! Work on that, people! My god!

Okay, this has been brewing in me for a while and I think that now is the time to bring it all out into the open.... I speak of the burgeoning conflict that is the rating-to-comment ratio.

Lets break this down; On numerous occasions, I have added various Ссылки to many different sites, and always venture back to see what people think of the link, или their reaction to it (be that positive, negative, или even criticism towards me). But over the last few months it has become increasingly obvious that people are rating the link, but leaving no comment!

On some клубы this is not a problem. However in еще active spots people tend to check mark the box so people will view their pick more. It is VERY stupid there is three types of picks spoiler, not spoiler, and ones that need to be marked spoiler. I shall now give some examples of each.

I'm not leaving, munchkins..I know Ты are slightly disappointed now and were waiting for some eDrama (or happy to see me FINALLY desert the pop to live on my farm full time and stop clogging your "answers") but it's just boring old me sharing my thoughts on reporting. Forgive me..it's Sunday..and I had the time.
I sometimes stumble across obvious spam (yes, I'm talking aboot Ты chinese shoe and handbag sellers!) on this site that has been there for months and I wonder why it was never removed. I also see Тесты where people have been informed of a mistake and yet months later the wrong quiz...
