mmh i didn't really pay much attention to them but Kiba's probably my favorite from there

i wish they had more screen time

I thought it would it be Hinata hands down but I'm glad it isn't. The problem is most people only remember Shippuden so Shino is basicly no exsistant and Kiba has become a Naruto fan boy like everyone else. So that leaves Hinata who is forced into the plot because the creator wants people to like her since she eill end up with the main character. For example when Naruto was fighting Pain she out of everybody shows up and in the war arc she tries to save him again but Neji comes in the way which shakes up Naruto for a second for Hinata to bring him back into his senses. In the first Naruto Kiba was kind of a bully to Naruto and Shino actually fought people such as Kankuro but now Kiba does nothing and Shino fought the dead bodyguard of Danzo.
