Both can get a little out of control sometimes, but grass types seem to be more intelligent than bugs most of the time. So, Bayleef won't be an exception.

Bayleef's a grass type. So, what I'm saying there was that Bayleef would continue what I belive is the tradition of grass types being smarter than bugs.

That might depend..but I find Heracros to be more intelligent of the two.
