Well if Ты have a PC Ты would make one on paint I'd think, as Ты сказал(-а) no photoshop. Ты can't make an excellent one on paint though. Make sure it is 800 width and 100 height (the Fanpop banner size) and I suggest Ты save the banner as jpg.
