Well... I'm not sure what to say. I'd like to help Ты but, honestly I don't believe psychics really exist... Maybe it was just some kind of ''dejavu effect'' Ты experienced. It happens when your eyes see something and, for an unknown reason, it takes еще time than usual for your brain to receive it, so Ты feel that Ты have already seen what Ты just saw when it's not really the case... Ты should try to relax, IF Ты really are a psychic, it's not something bad right? The best way to control it is probably to relax so that Ты think before doing anything. Everyone has unexplainable visions. Some people see them еще clearly then others.
And how Ты burst into tears: Ты are going through a stage of life that most people skip. I went through that stage, and I'm just starting to get out of it. I would start crying for no apparent reason. I couldn't control my actions.
