Who else thinks this is just Ты know a bit odd?

Well еще than a bit odd.

They call them Lame body stickers but I'm pretty damn sure they want to sell them and don't really mean they are lame... but then there is a swastika... I wouldn't buy that even if they weren't lame... lol.

Swastika's were religous symbols in many cultures before the Nazi's used them so I don't see anything wrong with that.

Maybe it's just to make them stick in your mind? Like that brand called "Kangaroo Poo". It doesn't sound at all appealing, but it's easy to remember.
