Duh. I don't do that, but most of my Друзья do. Tip to girls: The kind of guy that will only pay attention to Ты if Ты dress like a slut is not a good guy for you. Just be yourself, guys like smart girls better than slutty ones.

Um...What about girls who like girls? I know some who Показать their chests off too. And I'm not trying to impress anybody but I have to wear shirts like that since I am naturally chesty and look awkward in shirts that are cut in other ways, but I'm not looking for any attention.

It's not always all about boys. Some will do it for girls. And for us busty people, it just looks awkward otherwise. Not to mention it's еще comfortable.
and.... There are tomboys who wear shirts like that. -_- I hate to burst your bubble- okay, not really- but please don't label yourself, and don't further stereotype a stereotype. It's like saying ALL Эмо kids cut themselves, ALL jocks are stupid, ALL punks do drugs, etc. And your intelligence has little to do with the way to dress. I get good grades and have been considered intelligent all my life, and I have to wear shirts like that because of my busty size.
So please, don't stereotype because everyone is different.
