How do Ты do those "hearts" on Fanpop?

If so Ты need a keyboard with the numbers on the right side. Hold down the alt button and while holding it press the number 3. If that works for you, try the other symbles with the other numbers...even double didgets! Please Комментарий if it worked for you, K?
