How can I get a gif icon?

Oh god again with the gif icons, Jesus.

Well, there are a few online websites where Ты can make them, but in my opinion, those suck.
In case Ты wanna do something good, Ты can Поиск on photobucket, imageshack, tinypic, etc.. или make one yourself on GIMP или in Photoshop for example.
Easier than this is to ask somebody who knows, to do it.
