Weight loss! Help me please!
I'm 15, 5'1 или 5'2 and I weigh 121 lbs. I want to lose weight, my thighs are my biggest issue. They are chubby and nasty, what kinds of work outs could I do that might tone up или cut the fat down on my thighs, I know Ты can't spot a place to lose weight.
