I believe she is still guilty and the defense played every card they could until the judge just got fed up and сказал(-а) "I'm getting tired of this case. I don't know wether she is guilty или not, but if she is then she still has to live with the fact that she killed her child for the rest of her life. But do Ты really think she would kill her child just so she could be rid of her? Ты have to be completely derived of emotion или completely inhumane to do something like that. But it isn't my life so i don't really care either way.

I saw it live and was SOOOO pissed! I waited 3 years for that little girl to get justice, but NO! I cried when I heard the verdict. Poor Caley.....:(
