This guy is creeping me out!!!

I just met him today, he told me to add him so I did. After a friendly conversation, he asked me if I was cold, I сказал(-а) ya, he offered me to sit on his lap, I told him no, he kept on asking, then he told me he was a murderer and he was suicidal.
I blocked him and reported him, what else do I do to get him to leave me alone!?!
