First of all, if Ты got rid of hypocrites and stereotypes then there wouldn't be anyone left.

Because like it или not, we've all been a hypocrite of a stereotype at some point in our lives.

As for murderers, by getting rid of something Ты yourself are technically a murderer, so Ты wouldn't exist either.

And thieves: Times are tough, so I give an exception for thieves who have no choice BUT to steal. However, if the person is perfectly capable of getting a job and getting a life, then that person should be done away with.
