Can Ты tell me some things about it? Like, if I stop in the middle of it, will my progress be saved или lost? And, is this a way to earn a medal? I would like as much information as possible, please! :-)

Your progress doesn't get deleted. No way in hell you're completing the super quiz... It's just all the Тест Вопросы from all the spots you're a Фан of (or maybe all the spots on FP; I don't remember) shuffled together. Not sure if answering pop Тест Вопросы goes towards medals, though.
