What qualities should a person have to become u'r best frnd?

They'd have to be funny, and there for me, and they'd have to like going out... Anybody can become my best friend, really, except for jerks... And my best friend is exacly the right person.

Well, she's intelligent, so I can have conversations with her. She's just about as strange as I am, so that keeps things interesting. She has this...charisma that I like.
