Well for one thing, Ты should know this: if Ты like the girl but don't really know her, then this is honestly a failed relationship. I suggest getting to know her better before getting serious. This is a very important thing in a relationship. However if Ты are already familiar with her and on good terms, I don't think Ты should have anything to worry about. Just walk her to her and confidently ask her out, but not too confidently so as not to seem as a kind of guy who just wants to look cool with a girl, know what I mean? By the way, if Ты really like her, a few Цветы или something never hurt anyone. But make sure Ты ask her directly. Asking via card или phone is not really effective.
