think of it this way. when someone mentions it in public and a little kid overhears, the first thing the kid does is ask their parents what it means. parents dont want their kids to know until a certain age what it is so tht it doesnt go over their heads. not to mention, most people don't use the word because they believe what happens in the bedroom, stays i the bedroom.

Its was made that way so children wouldn't say and/or be curios about it. Won't have to explain till they're older and able to understand why they shouldn't hump everything that moves.

cause society is idiotic and thinks its bad for kids to be curious. when i was little, my parents were straight up with me, and i was just fine! But of course, my parents were 20 when i was born and 22 when they told me about it, so, they didn't really know much about parenting ^_^
