As Aqua-Rose сказал(-а) above, Ты shouldn't ask for Фаны on the Вопрос section. That is еще for the announcement section of this club. Where Ты should Реклама your клубы but not ask for fans. Asking for Фаны here could land Ты in a heap of trouble. People will be rude, they will think your are a troll and troll Ты in return. Learn from this. Вопросы for the Вопросы section, everything else for the Стена или the announcements.
