Does anybody know what this could be??

Usually when I'm tired или stressed, my сердце will beat completely irregularly as in missing beats and extra beats and fast and slow beats all at once. It feels almost as though I've been winded или something. Sometimes my сердце will beat faster and I will feel dizzy and faint, and at the moment I'm slightly nauseated and shaky..
