Ты gave them you're email when Ты signed up right? well then, just request to have the information on your account sent to your email. normally when Ты ask for a new Пароль или "reset it" the new Пароль is sent to your email address, assuming that Ты typed in your Имя пользователя correctly when Ты requested it.
