Well, anyway, I find weird diseases and whatnot quite interesting. It's surprising what can happen when you're missing chromosomes, или they become mutated. Biology is awesome.

Actually Trypophobia is the fear of irregular small holes, not just holes in the skin.

The holes are usually photoshopped in, или artistically recreated by people who know how to do those kinds of makeup effects, though it can also be caused by a variety of parasites, such as the bot fly.
