There are so many judgemental people on this website. I'm not mentioning any names, but I think they know who they are. I mean, Ты can't help who Ты like. Well, some states say that incest is only brothers and sisters, and they don't include cousins. I know, cuz a relative of mine married her cousin. I have a little trouble with first cousins having a crush on each other, but if you're so distantly related that Ты say it's "by rumor," then who cares, anyway?
if Ты have sexual relations with any of your family members then its incest. but incest may not be illegal in all states, although im pretty sure it is.

I don't think it's wrong. Ты like who Ты like, eh? I think that an incest is okay, but it just can't go too far. Ты should tell him that Ты like him. If he doesen't think it's okay, get over it. If he thinks the same, than maybe Ты can hook up. Ask your parents. They'll know what to do. But if they're extremley strict или don't think incest is right, than ask a phsycologist или something of the sort.
