How to cure boredom :
If you're an artist :
Draw! drawing will always help Ты feel better. And who knows, over time Ты might be able to draw amazingly.

Free write! Its always fun to. Write something according to your taste in books.

Yea so if Ты Любовь to read, like try and find a good novel или such under a certain topic Ты love. I personally Любовь a good Фэнтези Mystery.
If Ты Любовь sports:
Go buy yourself something to your taste in sports and go have fun! Just go outside and play! Have fun, also try a variety of sports.
If Ты prefer computer games:
I suggest World Of Warcraft game. It is really fun, at only $15 a месяц Ты can play the game ( costs included of buying game to download as long with the 3 expansions, should cost bout $80 at $20 each. )
If none of these suite Ты :
Eat. Eating really does help alot. Yeah,yeah people say that if Ты eat alot Ты can get ' fat' well just eat. It helps alot.
How to cure depression :
Ok guys. When curing depression, cutting is not an answer!!! Instead, follow these steps for preparation :
- stop
- close your eyes
- take a deep breath
- relax
- count to 10
now that calmed Ты down lets get to the real business, normally depression is caused because of a bad memory или anger.
Now Ты need to let this out, there are many options for taking out anger. :
- Ты can rant about it to me in Messaging ( i will give Совет and help. :] )
- Ты can throw a сука fit
- Ты can just let all your emotions out.
Now after choosing one of the steps above, Ты should be better.
How to deal with insanity :
Well, if Ты are insane. I just recommend to stop trying to hide it and let it out. Be yourself for once, i do not know much on this but i can tell Ты this : Everything is best resolved when Ты are yourself.
