Girl, just do what Ты do. If it ends up being a story about E.T. and a zombie falling in love, I don't think that we'd even care! I'll read in whichever way Ты go with it, and I will support Ты the whole time through.
Ты should think about the story that Ты want to write. If it's paranormal, then run with it. If not, then go with it. You're allowed to write еще than one story, so try a little bit of everything.
