Claire and I unpacked our belongings and put them in our own dressers and waited for lunch to be ready.
After a little while, Leila hollered for us. As Claire and I reached the doorway, we observed the stampede as the six of them pounded down the stairs.
When my little sister and I reached the kitchen, Jeb greeted us and handed us a bowl and silverware. At the head of the table, Leila stood with a ladle and served us plenty of food. I sat Далее to Makayla, and Claire sat across from me, Далее to Joey.
The meal was spent in almost total silence, save for the clink as our spoons connected with the bowls. When everyone finished, Leila told me that I was going to do dishes with Tim.
Washing dishes took no time at all. Only once did Tim splash me with soapy water. The bubbles stayed on my arm as the water dripped onto the shag carpet. I gasped and glared at him. But Tim was whistling and cleaning plates, Актёрское искусство all nonchalant like nothing happened. I picked a piece of carrot out of a bowl and flicked it at him. The small оранжевый dot appeared in his hair, blending in perfectly. I giggled and resumed my duty. I got done as quickly as possible and ran upstairs, seeing where everybody was. All the rooms were empty, including the one I shared with Claire. I ran back down stairs and looked out front. Not a soul. They must have been out in the backyard. I threw the screen door open and witnessed the five and Claire playing what looked like Tag. I grinned and watched. Tim then appeared behind me. I sensed him and kicked him in the shin and laughed as he groaned.
Suddenly, Jess yelled, "Guys! Let's go get Blake!"
Everyone else agreed and followed her. I decided to go, too. An adventure would be fun on the first день of our stay.

Why can't the world become a fairytale book?
It wouldn't be as mean
But it may be much еще green
Драконы that can be your pet
Princesses with hair for rope climbing
Pumpkins that can turn into horse carriages
And Кошки that wear boots and fight mice.
The people in reality aren't always very nice
But even the ogres and giants can say hello and give Ты nice things
Princesses aren't snobby Queen bees at school
Princes aren't egomaniacs
And money is in gold, silver, или copper или even magic beans!
Hens lay golden eggs
Poverty can end in five seconds
Ты can get your own fairy and wish for whatever Ты want
And have your any desires
But I guess this is all in the mind
But the world can be kind at times
It isn't always bad and cruel
But imagination makes it go around
It wouldn't be as mean

We are going separate ways.
We must leave each other,
Though I regret it,
There is nothing either of us
Can do.
We are going separate ways.
The bright light shines in our futures,
For the separate ways we go
Are the best for each of us.
We must leave for the good of it,
Though I don't want to,
And I know Ты don't either.
But it is important that we do.
It is never easy
Doing what we do the worst,
Leaving each other,
And the thoughts that we are...
Best friends...leaving each other...
We must go our separate ways.
For our own good.
And we pray that one day...
We will meet each other again.
And we will.
