So what happens when a vampire bites a werewolf?

well vampire venom is poison to werewolves, when they get bitten then can die but it depends on how much venom is inserted (like in the first movie edward sucked the venom out of bellas system they could do that but i doubt that they do)

well jacob isnt a real wherewolf hes a shape shifter all the real wherewolfs got killed by aro cos he had a fear of them so in the book there is no half breads of vipires and wherewolfs
