Okay so, I have a crush on my friend jordan's friend Evan, and I'm guessing he likes me too because we hang out together every weekend. Its been 8 months of hanging out and I have been waiting for him to ask me out. So should I ask him out?

I say go for it. It's not going to hurt Ты by asking. Even if he says no i don't like Ты that way, at least Ты can hold your head up high and say Ты asked him instead of losing the chance of possibly a good relationshiop.
If Ты are Друзья with this Evan, i suggest beginning that Ты do not want this to damage the friendship Ты have already, and if he doesn't agree with you, that it shouldn't damage the relationship and Ты should still be friends, and then say Ты like him and ask him out.

What Ты have to think of is - if Ты say nothing, how will Ты ever know? Ты will ask yourself should i have? What if i?..for the rest of your life, so go for it.
