But Ты say the guy Ты work with likes YOU. Do this mean Ты like HIM, back, или just that he's told Ты he likes Ты and now Ты feel pressurised to do something about it?

To be honest i think things should stay the way they are. You're obviously happy with the guy you're dating so why hurt him just so Ты can try it on with this new guy? Just because he likes Ты doesn't make it your problem.
