misanthrope86 picked 7. Strong atheist. I know there is no God. There is no doubt.:
I think I'm a 6.5 or something... It depends on the definition of "God"... I am willing to accept that I do not know if any kind of deity exists, but I strongly deny the existence of any gods described by organised religion. So if we are talking about the Christian God, I'm a 7, but if we are talking about general gods/intelligent creators etc, then I'm a 6.

I think I would agree with you, except that I've always interpreted this scale as "God in general, a supreme deity" and not a specific God of any religion, and therefore I'm a 6 :)

Why are the religious pictures all Christian symbols? Christianity isn't the only religion in the world.

But anyway... well, I firmly believe in the Goddess' existence, but I also know that, well, there's no really no way to know for sure. That's why it's called faith.

Interesting scale. It's hard to choose. I'll just say that I'm on the atheist side.

I've always liked to believe this concept we label "God" could exist in a variety of forms that escape our understanding, even our religious attempts at understanding it. After all, as the "God Galaxy" Bender met in Futurama once said, "When you do things right, people won't be sure link"

^Very well said. I pretty much agree because I mean well do we really know anything and is knowledge really even a relevant term. Like the word normal? Just because the letter A in English is the letter A as we 'know' it to be, why? Why can't the symbol, %, be the letter A. I'm getting way off into left field, but the point is it's probably impossible for us to ever really know what does or doesn't exist.

If I think about it for too long I'll stay locked in my own head, but this option seemed like the right choice for this pick

Knowing that gods or other supernatural beings exists makes faith unnecessary. ;)

I do not think that proving the nonexistence of something makes any sence whatsoever, hence my choosing 6 and not 7.

MasterOfFear picked 4. Completely impartial agnostic. I know nothing :):
I think something might have made the universe even though great things have come out of accidents. But i think it is impossible for humans to be aware of that being. We don't even know about ourselves or our world, so how can we know anything about something we can't see?

I dont know, but I want there to be a God, so in a way, my subconscious had convinced me He's there. But I realize there's no proof ad can't ever be proven

I want to believe there is a god...but I refuse to devote myself to something I am uncertain about.

I will pray, I will hope...but I will not believe and give undying faith.

As it is, we'll find out when our time comes. But, I think most agnostic-theists lean toward god because we, no one, wants to believe that after death there is nothing. And that, is why a small part of me clings to the hope of god, any god.

I believe in good and bad, like karma, but I've tried praying to God & Allah and I've never actually received an answer. What I'm actually leaning towards is Wicca.

I've never really felt any connection between God and myself, but I'm not completely shutting the idea out.

I do believe that a god could exists but I don't believe in religion and how it is very hypercritical at times,so I believe it's a possibility but would like real proof.

I don't doubt the existence of God. I consider myself non-denominational for the most part. That's because I disagree with the hatred that a lot of Christians show.
