No, these are only Фан клубы created by fans. We share photos, videos, links, opinion, etc. but there aren't any Знаменитости here. For example, this Фан club (Andrew Lincoln) was created by a Fanpop user for us all to be able to talk about him on this website, but he's not on this website.
