Jimin dishes on the three most popular girls of AOA

Jimin talked about the most popular girls in AOA during her guest appearance on MBC\'s \'Radio Star\' on July 22.  

When she was asked, "These days, the top three in AOA are Seolhyun, ChoA, and Jimin. The three of you are the most popular; what are your thoughts on that?" she replied, "We\'re similar, but a lot of men like ChoA.  Older people like Seolhyun and the men my age like ChoA."

However, Kyuhyun said, "That\'s not true.  People around me really like Seolhyun," and the MCs threw at him, "That means that you\'ve aged," making everyone laugh.

I don\'t like Choa. She tried so hard to look "MOE" (act like 3 year old kawaii when she\'s nearing 30). She should act her age, she\'s not even 17.

The face, the "controversial" one, and the distinguishable one - add the many comments stating something along the lines of "I only know ... so and so", and you get - the three most popular members of AOA.

Seolhyun - currently active in many fields of the entertainment industry (ie. acting/dramas, CFs, and variety) + mentioned by several male entertainers as the one they prefer/desire (ie. Jay Park, INFINITE, Gary )

Jimin - UNPRETTY RAPSTAR cred, successful *break into the hiphop scene + currently in the works for another song (Erotic, is the title - I think). And, as evidenced by this show, and some other(s) [shows], she\'s also active in the tv world.

Choa - the blonde one... nuff said - lol. No, but really - she\'s currently active in the tv world too. She had a *show called "Choa\'s My Little Television" for a bit. And, aside from that, she\'s also the main vocal for AOA - so, recognition is/was bound to happen. Lastly, she\'s hella charming.

Aaand, one very last thing is that - these girls are also the most active out of AOA. Mina has a show that is incredibly difficult to find anywhere (it\'s called Gourmet King), Yuna had a short web drama, and Hyejeong + Chanmi lack solo schedules. There\'s also Y, but she\'s been inactive since that special stage they did ... a year ago? I think.

Hyejeong is listed as a visual for AOA, and Mina is a past "ulzzang", so I hope they get more recognition soon too :O

most people like Seolhyun.  all the variety guys make a big deal out of her, gary was fawning over her in RM.  she looked super hot in the episode with apink and soyu. 

i wonder... isn\'t Mina more popular than Jimin?

I also wonder why older men like Seolhyun more than ChoA, and men their age tend to like ChoA more?

It\'s probably because Seolhyun is in a drama, so older men are most familiar with her if they aren\'t K-pop fans. ChoA comes across as a very sexy girl next door type which probably appeals to younger guys. Jimin comes across as a bit more of a bad girl partly because we have heard her rap with a "potty-mouth."

Tbh I see them being the second SNSD in like 7/8 years with harder work. They lack vocals tho, stable vocals at least. Visauls, check. CFs, check. Dramas, check. Live vocals... They can be better imo but since I\'m not a hardcore Elvis idk...

actually.. everyone knows choa can belt them out. Yuna has a very nice soft, smooth voice. as far as comparing to snsd it would be like choa being taeyeon and yuna having sicas style. and EVERYONE underestimates HyeJeongs voice. that girl can actually sing. But when you have choa and yuna taking all the adlibs and power notes then yah people will not notice her. When snsd debuted the only real vocals were sica and taeyeon. it took many years and practice before fany and seohyun developed their vocals and control.

Should I sing Choa theme song so I can show how much I love her???

Yuna is my first love.. Her voice always melt me..

She may be best known right now because of her drama. Not all Koreans are K-pop fans after all, so they may recognize an actress from a TV drama, but have no idea who a K-pop artist is.

It\'s all about Yuna for me. She is so sexy and cute and talented. 

Most group have one really popular member at best.
