David Cubitt to guest star as Mark Shaw/Manhunter on \'Arrow\'

Another DC Comics character will be welcomed into the TV fold this fall.

Other DC Comics characters we want on 'Arrow' and 'The Flash'

as Mark Shaw, one of many in the DC universe who go on to take the Manhunter name. The 

star will appear in the third episode of the upcoming third season as an A.R.G.U.S operative who crosses paths with Diggle, played by David Ramsey.

Cubitt is one of many exciting additions to the Stephen Amell-led series. As previously reported, this season will introduce prominent DC villain Ra’s al Ghul as the main antagonist, as well as Brandon Routh as Atom/Ray Palmer, and J.R. Ramirez as Wildcat/Ted Grant. There will also be an episode 8 crossover with
