Rumors are only rumors. Maybe a 12.5 will be published, maybe not. However, the light novel "officially" ended in last year's November. And 12.5 will remain as a rumor until it's published.

I'm confused now. Didn't Ты say that Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu hasn't ended yet? Besides, I heard that rumor originally from Baka-Tsuki, the people who translated Baka to Test. I'm not exactly certain on the details, but this is what I heard.
