What are good stretches for your middle splits?

I have the worst middle splits in my class and I need help.

what i do at college to strech is streching my legs across a Стена and just sit there, and every минута или 2 it relaxes the musles meaning that your legs can stretch еще :) but be careful doing this!! cause whenever i do it it pulls on my knees, so Ты have to keep your feet flexed upwards and knees facing upwards, otherwise Ты can damage Ты knees badly...hope this helped :)
