Recently, I came across a challenge to see if Ты could read 50 Книги in a year. The person who came up with the challenge сказал(-а) that they didn't beat it and ended the год with only 30 Книги read. Intrigued, I wondered how many Книги I could read in a year, so on September 29th, 2010, I started. So far, I've read Frankenstein by Mary Shelley which I finished on 9/30/10. I had already started Чтение it when I began.
I know some people are very active readers and probably have already read 50 Книги in a year. My goal is really to see how dedicated I could be and see how many I read by the end of the year. I am going to try to complete the challenge though.
So, to the people who are Чтение this: I want to challenge Ты and tell me if Ты think this is going to be hard, или if this is going to be easy. I'm not to sure how I think of it. My sister is a very active reader and I know she would think this is really easy.
How many Книги can Ты read? If Ты want to accept the challenge, I wouldn't mind Ты telling me the Книги Ты read once Ты finish them and if Ты liked it или not. I'm always looking for new Книги to read, I would Любовь to know. The book I'm currently Чтение is Dracula by Bram Stoker. I'm on chapter 9, and I Любовь it. I would strongly recommend it.

-1984 by George Orwell
-The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien (I know, I haven't read it. Isn't that sad?)
-And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie
-The War of the Worlds by H.G. Wells
-One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesey
-The Shining by Stephen King
-To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee

Ms_Mea Okay, Eragon is REALLY REALLY good!!! It's one of my favorite books. And I'm reading To Kill a Mocking Bird in my English class, and it's pretty good :) Hmm, this is intriguing...I think I might start it on January 1st :) a good start to the year and a good resolution! Some good books I've read and reccommend are: -Interview with a Vampire by Anne Rice -Wicked by Gregory McGuire (I don't know how to spell his last name) -City of Bones by Cassandra Clare -The Night World series by L.J. Smith -Sabriel by Garth Nix -Mountain's Call by...(I forget the author's name, but if you search on Google your bound to find it)

juniper427 If you're a fan of Classics you have to read Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Though the Looking Glass by Lewis Carrol, everyone must read them at least ones.

tellymaster @Ms_Mea I've been wanting to read Interview with the Vampire! Thank you for the suggestions! I saw part of the movie of To Kill a Mockingbird, and I thought it was good. Haha, that's a good idea to start on January 1st. Good luck! @harrypotterbest Yes I've read Harry Potter! Possibly the best books I've ever read. =D I've read the first 2 books in the Percy Jackson series I a really liked them! I want to read the 3rd one. Eirinaki_b_13 I dont think it is hard! i do it too! The year has 52 weeks, so you have to read 1 book per week! And you have two weeks left!
