Julian entered a building. He walked through the aisles and towards the reception. He tapped the desk, demanding the стол письменный, стол clerk to look up.
“Hi, I’d like to see my sister, Jane Simmons. She works here” Julian said.
“Yeah, I know” the стол письменный, стол clerk replied. “I’ll see if she’s available” The стол письменный, стол clerk dialed a number. “Jane, are Ты busy? Your baby brother is here”
Julian narrowed his eyes annoyed. He was seventeen, hardly a baby.
The стол письменный, стол clerk hung up. “She expects you. Ты know where to find it?” Julian nodded and walked away.
A few минуты later he opened the door of Jane’s office. Jane was typing on her laptop. Julian walked towards her and sank down on a chair. “I need to talk to you” he said.
“Ssshh” Jane hushed him. “Be quiet. I’m working”
Julian leaned back in the chair and crossed his arms annoyed. A couple of минуты later Jane rotated her chair and folded her hands. “Now what do Ты want to talk about?”
Julian leaned вперед and grabbed the newspaper. He held it up in front of Jane and said: “What is this?”
“From what I’ve heard they call it a newspaper” Jane replied sarcastically.
“No, this” Julian сказал(-а) and he pointed at the headline of the front page. “Where is the Статья on Castiel Novak? He’s alive! That should be front page news!”
Jane grabbed the newspaper and put it in her drawer, before she explained. “My employer doesn’t want anyone to know yet. Not until we have the full story”
“What about those reporters outside the hospital?” Julian asked.
“I gave them a tip, but without any proof they can’t Опубликовать anything either. Novak is kind of a touchy subject. They can’t take it lightly. They need evidence”
“But Ты will post the story, right? And Ты won’t spare him, right?” Julian asked eager.
“I’ll decide how I write it, okay?” Jane прокомментировал(-а) sharp.
“Jane, he tried to kill me. That’s the first thing he tried to do when he rose from the grave” Julian сказал(-а) agitated.
“Aren’t Ты overreacting a little?” Jane asked demeaning.
“What? No! I’m the victim here!” Julian complained.
“Of course Ты are” Jane nodded. “Well, if you’re so eager on having that story published Ты might want to let me get back to work?”
“Yeah, okay” Julian сказал(-а) and he stood. “And remember, Novak’s the bad guy and I’m the victim”
“I will try to keep it in mind” Jane promised. “Close the door when Ты leave”

Cas beached on the street, far away from Rufus’ cabin. He wasn’t sure how to feel. He was angry, because Dean wouldn’t listen to him. Dean always thought he knew everything better. He was disappointed, because Dean had no faith in him at all.
He was so up in thought that he didn’t hear his name. But maybe that was because she didn’t use his real name.
“Emmanuel!”
Someone grabbed his arm and forced him to turn around. He looked at the woman. She looked familiar.
“Didn’t Ты hear me?” the woman asked. Cas stared at her. “Don’t Ты recognize me? It’s me, Daphne, your wife?”
Cas widened his eyes as he remembered her.
“Daphne” he сказал(-а) breathless. “How did Ты find me? What are Ты doing here?”
“Well, I hired a detective, I needed to find you” Daphne said. She searched in her pockets and conjured a big brown envelope. “I need Ты to sign these”
“What is it?” Cas frowned.
“A petition for annulment” Daphne answered.

Meg opened the door of a motel room and helped Cas inside. She guided him to the single постель, кровати and put him down. She gently pushed him down and he opened his eyes a little. She walked to the bathroom and dampened a towel.
She walked back into the room and sank down on the bed. Unlike Meg’s Cas’ clothes hadn’t been restored. Meg opened the ruined and bloodstained hospital рубашка and dabbed his wounds with the towel.
Cas groaned from pain.
“You don’t have to do this” he сказал(-а) weak. “I will heal eventually”
“I know” Meg сказал(-а) absent-minded. She stared at Cas’ body. Even with all the cuts he still looked…jumpable.
“But thanks for the gesture” Cas сказал(-а) with a weak smile.
Meg continued nursing his injuries. “You know” she said. “If I was still human, I’d fall for you”
Cas gave her another weak smile, before he closed his eyes and fell asleep.

“It was me” Meg said. Sam had freed her from her prison and now she was going to free Cas of his. She had to promise Sam she wouldn’t try to get out until they were far gone. Because as soon as soon as Cas was out they were going to hit the road an drive as far away as possible.
“I killed Jack and I killed Paul Morgan. Cas has nothing to do with it. I was trying to protect him. Jack was asking too many Вопросы and Paul knew too much already. There were people trying to hurt Cas and I tried to give him a low profile. But it didn’t really work out. I don’t want a lawyer. I don’t want a trial. Just give me the maximum penalty and I’ll accept it”
Isabel stared at her, a little puzzled, but also thrilled. She got Jack and Paul’s killer. Now no one would Вопрос her competence as an inspector again. She cuffed Meg’s hand and brought her to a cell.
