Definitely take him to the vet. Clearly something is wrong and only a medical professional will be able to answer this question. Please take ASAP, I don't like to see Животные suffer, your cat might be suffering. :( hope he gets better! <3

This is probably way too late but take him to the vet!!! At the end of life, Животные (including humans) lose appetite and thirst.
