Who has Удалить the Chii's memory?

Chitose Hibiya, the lanlady. Ms. Hibiya didn't know that Elda had downloaded Freya's сердце into her. After the incident with Freya occured people thought the same would happen with Elda and plotted to get rid of her themselves. Knowing this, Chitose Hibiya deleted Elda's memories and put her in the trashcan. But Freya still was inside Chi becuase she had downloaded Freya's сердце into hers and even though Hibiya deleted her memories,She couldn't Удалить her heart. P.S it actually was her сердце that Elda downloaded and if Ты listened while Hibiya explained all of it to Hideki,while freya was laying there Elda сказал(-а) ''I will download your сердце into mine that way Ты will still be alive.''
