Swan Lake has been done by someone else- The Swan Princess

Yeah it was but I would love to see more of those reailty/fictional fairytales like Enchanted for example. But I would love to see one with a Princess /non-royailty person falling for a goose who's actually a prince ,kinda like Beauty and the Beast except it has a twist.

All of them are good candidates. Except for another version of Sleeping Beauty. My fave Disney movie is the original Sleeping Beauty.

Basically, anything to get away from sequels.

if they made swan princess or thumbelina they will ruin the non disney versions. Don't get me wrong I LOVE DISNEY but i think that swan princess and thumbelina and brilliant. I don't want disney to do those. They can do whatever they want except those.

I love Rumpelstiltskin! They could make it SO cool.

I would go for "The princess and the pea" or "Rumplestilskin" because the others were already produced by other companies and making another version will only make people compare the two of them during the time they watch.

Disney movies are too happy, they need a little dose of reality.

I agree with SasukeUchiha, I think they should do something a bit more... I don't know depressing. :/
But of course being Disney, they'd find a way to avoid the death at the ending. -_-
And I don't think they should do Swan Lake. I love the original Swan Princess. <3
Same with Thumbelina. And my feel on Sleeping Beauty is don't fix what isn't broke, and please no more sequals. ^^;
Any of the other that I didn't mention I also wouldn't mind.

The current Disney team can't really do a swan lake story better than The Swan Princess, no offense but they can't. An ex Disney animator worked on Swan Princess, it would sort of be copyright. I mean they could try and do it, but they'd have to try something completely different to Swan Princess, and since the Swan Princess has all the key elements for a Disney classic, and story, it just would not work as a new movie.
