Plastic Coins?

My sister came Главная from school today with three plastic coins she claimed to get from a friend. They were Золото and had a yellow puffle on the front, along with a code. On the back it had a рыба and the number one (1). What is it, where can I get more, and, most important, how do I redeem it on Club Penguin? (NOTE: The picture I have was taken off of Google, it is NOT mine.)
