You´ll need:
like 4 или 5 eggs (That´s for one person)
a tomatoe
onion
serrano pepper
vegetable oil
salt
Chop a quarter of the лук into little cubes(I put like a quarter of лук but if Ты want еще use more)do the same with the tomatoe. Also chop the serrano pepper into small pieces.
Than fry the лук in a pan with some oil already preheated. After the лук looks tranparent add the tomatoe and the pepper.
After 30 секунды of adding the pepepr and tomatoes add the eggs, some salt and scrambled them.
Ты can use some torillas if Ты want
