I definitely think we should go with Artist's Choice for many reasons, the most important being:

1.) It gives everyone the most freedom to come up with beautiful creations!
2.) The lime limit to submit your banners/icons & motto suggestions is going to be shorter than other months [sorry!] so in the chance that nobody is able to make fresh banners, you can just submit any previous banners you've made since it won't matter what "theme" it is/what scenes it features.
