¿Can anyone tell me what's going on with the lawsuit that Yoochun, Junsu and Jaejoong put on SM Entertainment? ¿Is DBSK really going break up?

Actually I don't know much about what's happening, mostly because looking for this kind of news really makes me feel depressed, so I don't have much information about it.
What I know is that Yoochun, Junsu and Jaejoong signed a contract with a chinese make up company, which they shouldn't because they have an exclusivity contract with SM, on the other side, Changmin and Yunho didn't signed anything.
The three members claim to have the right for еще money, after all they work really hard and don't get much in return and that's when the lawsuit cames in... they ask for еще money, and the freedom to sign contracts on their own. Now, I heard that SM is trying to put Changmin and Yunho against the other three, they don't allow them to talk, don't even to Показать up in some events together, and here is where I'm all messed up...
