On March 30, 2010 Lovato's South American Tour was announced through her official Myspace page.[28] This will be her first international headlining tour. The tour kicked off May 23, 2010 in Santiago, Chile and concluded May 28, 2010 in São Paulo, Brazil. On April 27, 2010 the Jonas Brothers announced their World Tour 2010 featuring Lovato as a special guest.[29] The tour will be visiting multiple countries and continents including the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, and Europe. The North American Leg of the tour begins on July 27, 2010 in Dallas, TX and ends on October 17, 2010 in Raleigh, NC.[30]
Personal life
In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Lovato admitted to going through painful experiences with bullying in the seventh grade.[31] According to Lovato, the bullying was so bad that one day, in a fit of frustration and distress, she requested her mom give her a home-schooled education.[32] She wrote the song "For the Любовь of a Daughter" about her estranged father. Lovato is a Christian and prays with her band before they perform.[1]
In 2010, Lovato began dating Joe Jonas, whom she first met while filming Camp Rock in 2007.[33] On May 24, 2010, Lovato confirmed via her official Twitter that she and Jonas were no longer together. In an interview with UsMagazine, Jonas stated, "Demi and I knew that going into our romantic relationship it may not be an easy one. Early life and family
Cyrus was born on November 23, 1992 in Nashville, Tennessee to parents Leticia "Tish" (née Finley) Cyrus and country singer Billy луч, рэй Cyrus.[4] Her parents named her Destiny Hope because they believed that she would accomplish great things with her life. They gave her the nickname "Smiley", which was later shortened to "Miley", because she smiled so often as a baby.[4] Cyrus suffers from a mild сердце condition causing tachycardia which, though not dangerous, is often bothersome.[5]
Against the wishes of her father's record company, Cyrus's parents secretly married a месяц after Cyrus's birth on December 28, 1992.[6] The marriage gave Cyrus three half-siblings: Trace and Brandi, Tish's children from a Назад relationship, and Christopher Cody, Billy Ray's son from a Назад relationship. Billy луч, рэй adopted Trace and Brandi when they were toddlers[7] and paid child support for Cody, who was also born in 1992 and grew up with his mother in South Carolina.[6] The couple later gave birth to Cyrus's two younger siblings, Braison and Noah. Cyrus grew up on a 500 acre farm in Franklin, Tennessee, approximately an час away from Nashville,[10] and attended Heritage Elementary School.[11] She was raised Christian and was baptized in a Southern Baptist church prior to moving to Hollywood in 2005. Cyrus eventually received the lead, renamed "Miley Stewart" after herself, at the age of twelve.[19]
As Cyrus's career took off, Tish Cyrus made several critical decisions regarding her daughter's representation. She signed Cyrus with Mitchell Gossett, director of the youth division at Cunningham Escott Slevin Doherty. Gossett, who specializes in creating child stars, had arranged for Cyrus's auditions for Hannah Montana and is credited with "discovering" her.[21][22] For Cyrus's Музыка career, Tish followed the Совет of Dolly Parton, Cyrus's godmother and a singer herself, and signed Cyrus with Jason Morey of Morey Management Group. After the end of the Best of Both Worlds Tour in January 2008, Walt Дисней Pictures released Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert, a 3D концерт film of the tour, on February 1, 2008 for what was expected to be a one-week run. 2009: Transitions and film career launch

2010 onwards: Can't Be Tamed and film career
Production on the fourth and final season of Hannah Montana began on January 18, 2010.[70] In the aftermath of the 2010 Haiti earthquake, Cyrus appeared on the charity singles "We Are the World: 25 for Haiti" and "Everybody Hurts".[71][72] Her third studio album, Can't Be Tamed, was released on June 21, 2010. The album's first single is the Название track, "Can't Be Tamed". Movie critics generally acknowledged Cyrus's stage presence but opined that she lacked emotional range.[81][82] Nonetheless, the film was commercially successful and, according to box-office analyst Exhibitor Relations, "a successful transition to adult roles for Miley Cyrus."[83]
As of July 2010, Cyrus is set to звезда in four еще films, Wings, LOL (Laughing Out Loud), Wake. At the end of 2007, Cyrus broke up with her boyfriend of two years, Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers. Cyrus told Seventeen magazine that she and Jonas had been dating for two years and "were in love", but were "fighting a lot" by the end.[88] After the break-up, Cyrus says that she initially "rebell[ed] against everything Nick wanted me to be. And then I was like, I've got to be by myself for now, and just figure out who I really am."[88] In February 2008, Cyrus and her friend Mandy Jiroux opened a YouTube account and began posting Видео of what they called The Miley and Mandy Show. In 2008, Cyrus earned $25 million, up from her earnings of $18 million in 2007, and was ranked number 35 on Forbes magazine's "Celebrity 100" list.[97] Parade magazine reported she was the richest teenage celebrity and that her franchise would be worth approximately $1 billion by the end of the year.[98] With Cyrus's increased success came increased media attention. In a May 2008 interview with The Los Angeles Times, Francois Navarre, the proprietor of the X17 фото agency, сказал(-а) Cyrus's market value had picked up considerably after the Vanity Fair фото controversy: "She's started to sell more. Controversies

I never intended for any of this to happen and I am truly sorry if I have disappointed anyone."[113][114] On April 25, 2008, the televised entertainment program Entertainment Tonight reported that Cyrus, then 15, had posed topless for a photoshoot taken by photographer Annie Leibovitz for Vanity Fair.[115] On April 29, 2008, The New York Times clarified that though the pictures left an impression that she was bare-breasted, Cyrus was wrapped in a bedsheet and was actually not topless.[116] Some parents expressed outrage at the nature of the photograph, which a Дисней spokesperson described as "a situation [that] was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines." Gary Marsh, president of entertainment for Дисней Channel Worldwide, was quoted by портфолио magazine to have said, “For Miley Cyrus to be a 'good girl' is now a business decision for her. That's how Britney [Spears] took off.
