As some of Ты might be able to tell, I have been in a very musical mood lately. Along those themes, I wanted to make 2 Музыка countdowns: 1 for Songs and 1 for Scores. I Любовь Disney's music, especially from the team of Alan Menken & Howard Ashman. I almost never like covers of DP songs by Дисней Pop stars so unless otherwise mentioned, all versions here are the original ones from the film. Here are my rankings for Избранное songs:

Okay so I have read multiple places on here that "Ariel just left her family for some guy she barely knew" and variations thereof. I coincidentally enough just watched this film within the last месяц and remember it very freshly so I would like to contribute my opinion on this matter. First though, I would like to remind people: These Дисней Princess films do not take place in a modern time and setting. Most of them take place over a 100 years назад and are during a time when most people were dead by 40 and half weren't even making it that long. For those of Ты who don't know me, I'm AprilGhost, and here is a Список of people who, in my opinion, look like Дисней princesses.

A few things, first:
1. I have not cast Pocahontas. This is partly because it is so hard to find Native American models/actresses, but also because she was a real person. I think it's insulting to dreamcast her.
2. Yes, some of these are, in fact, models. I'm not saying that these people should play the princesses; I'm just saying that that's how I imagine them.
3. I haven't dreamcasted Elsa или Merida since I can't find anyone who looks like them.

On with the list!...

We all know the step-sister from Золушка that ends up reforming in the sequels. However, many people seem to have criticisms about her because they feel that she shouldn't have been forgiven by Cinderella, there was nothing to Показать that she deserved to be redeemed, and that it's ridiculous that she got to be redeemed but Drizella didn't. First of all, I think I need to explain where this idea of Анастасия reforming came from. In the original Charles Perrault version of Cinderella, Cinderella's real name was actually Ella. In my opinion, she definitely isn't ugly, but she's not as pretty as the rest of the Дисней Princesses here. First, I absolutely Любовь her curly red hair! It's absolutely gorgeous. 13. Snow White
Snow would definitely be higher on my Список if her curls were еще defined. I like the idea of her hair styled in a bob with a red bow. Unfortunately, that idea didn't come out too nicely to me.

Strawberry blonde is my Избранное hair color and Cinderella's burnt оранжевый hair color is no doubt uniquely gorgeous. Speaking of unique, so are her bangs but I can't say I really like them as they look like plastic to me.

The first time I saw Frozen, I felt as bad for Elsa and Anna as anyone. After all, their parents chose to keep Anna's erased memories of her sister's powers, separated them by moving Elsa out of Anna's room, reduced the staff and shut the gates so no one could learn about Elsa's powers, etc. The girls grew up in a dark, mostly empty castle. Elsa was kept isolated from everyone with only her parents to constantly coach her, and Anna was kept isolated without anyone at all.

I was looking through my Статьи and realised I didn't have an Статья in which I examined Ariel in depth. I decided to amend that by Письмо about a subject it's fun to think about - Ariel's розовый dress.

Most Фаны can agree (I think) that the dress looks quite bad on Ariel. There are several reasons for this: the sleeves are ridiculously puffy and makes her arms look misshapen and the shaping of the юбка looks... Odd. I just think it's too puffy and big in general.
