Tygers_Eye I agree 100% with this. I also have depression, anxiety, and was over-sheltered and fear-mongered growing up. And I don't relate to her one iota. Elsa doesn't really have a character. She's defined completely by her depression and anxiety, and that's it. She's Anna's sister and the queen with the ice powers. That's it. There's nothing else to her. They really did her (and people with emotional problems just like her) a disservice by depicting her as just a walking bag of anxiety, not a complex and dimensional person dealing with anxiety.

manu962 Guess he/she is kinda right. I wish we could know more about her. But just having depression and anxiety makes her relatable to me. Though I wish she could have more personality and screen time. Instead of Olaf.

Sk8er__grl I guess I agree, but I think she is a very complex character, and Disney took on a big roll trying to have a princess like this. I find it fun to imagine what she did, somehow I just picture her in there always reading and doing science, but If they did do that people would complain that, "she didn't have that bad a childhood because she kept herself busy" which is untrue. Pus she learns from her anxiety and showed people that have it that love from family is the answer. I'm just happy that they didn't make her the villain.
