Ha, excluding Merida from the picture I don't think you could find a pair of princesses that would get along less. I agree with these comments from 2 different articles:

First of all, Belle is too grounded to care about the colors of the wind lyrics or the spirits of the wind or the voices of the moutain. Belle would think Pocahontas is sort of foolish and dumb. Belle would hate most of all Pocahontas' indecisiveness, and would get frustrated when she's reading the compass in front of Grandmother Willow. They're just two totally different worlds, and Belle wouldn't like Pocahontas' personality and wouldn't really care about her actions. They just have no common ground.

Belle is sophisticated, not wild, and very proper. She and Pocahontas have no common ground. Belle doesn't follow or choose her own path- she's forced into the castle but stays there, something Pocahontas wouldn't do. Pocahontas would understand what Belle did for her father, but other than that, have no connection, and would find her personality very bland and uninspiring. They have very different ways of having fun. Belle doesn't do anything extravagant, she lives in the ordinary, her romance is, well, not ordinary but somewhat classic and Pocahontas is passionate and does what ever she feels like and says whatever she feels like, unlike Belle.

^ I completely disagree with both of those statements. I've never seen Belle as very sophisticated and proper. I always wonder if I'm watching a different character then everyone else. I could see them being friends, but that's just my opinion.

^^ she has good manners, almost never raises her voice, she is sophisticated to rude crash people, she is a bit of a snob, she is girly, she's intellectual, she is super prim indoorsy person next to pocahontas.

i honestly think they would totally dislike each other but then again i like pocahontas way more lol.
